Note that the discounted early registration fee applies to registrations received by May 31, 2010. Regular registration fees apply after May 31, 2010.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Book your accommodation for the conference online directly with the Hotel Captain Cook. You will need the password listed below to obtain the special accommodation rate for our conference.

CAR RENTAL
Conference rate through Avis. Delegates can go to the Avis website…. www.avis.com and complete the reservation process – at the bottom of the first page (when creating the reservation) you will be  prompted for an Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number…..that number for this conference is H618800.  Delegates can also call the Avis international reservation center at
